Statements

Statements are produced monthly if there is activity in your account, not including dividend or interest payments. In March, June, September, October, and December, a statement is produced for all accounts, regardless of account activity.

Your statement will give you a breakdown of asset classes, transactions and account holdings with book values. The December statement also includes a Year-End Account Report with details of account performance and account fees.

Trade Confirmations

You’ll receive a Trade Confirmation for each filled trade, with all of your trade details, including quantity of shares or units, name of the company or fund traded, price, fees and commissions, currency, exchange rate (if applicable), settlement, and reference numbers. It also displays the gross and net value of your trades.

Tax Documents

The tax documents you receive depend on the type of account you have with us.
