Forgot your user ID?

If you forgot your user ID, you can sign on using your Investor’s Edge account number, which you’ll find in CIBC Online Banking. 

Or, if you’ve already connected your CIBC Online Banking, you can sign on to your Investor’s Edge account from there. Just select the Investing tab, or select your account in the Banking tab under Investments.

Want to make signing on a little simpler? Change your user ID to something that’s easier to remember. Here’s how:

  1. Sign on to your Investor’s Edge account.
  2. Go to the profile menu beside the help icon.
  3. Select Account settings, then go to Sign on and security.
  4. Change your user ID.
